Bad insoles

I bought a pair 4 months ago. My insoles lasted 4 months and were done. Other than that they have been a decent work boot.

Overlook will file a claim with the shipping carrier for a refund if customer provides notice of a lost or stolen package within 30 days of the order.
  • P.O. Boxes: Overlook Boots does not ship to P.O. Boxes. We will automatically refund all orders shipping to P.O. Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • International Shipping: Overlook Boots only ships within the continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
