Needed a new pair of hunting boots. I didn’t want high end 400+ boots. I wanted mid-height, light weight, uninsulated, solid sole, good tread and good lacing system. Waterproof would be a bonus but I knew unless it was a rubber boot than truly waterproof is a tough quality. I searched and searched and settled on these Lacrosse Ursa MS boots. They hit all the marks I was looking for and even Vibram sole and Gore-Tex water barrier. They were on sale and I had an additional sign up code so they wound up being around 230 bucks. I got wide size so I could layer two pairs of insulated socks. The lacing system works well and they are easy to tighten up and laces stay tied. It’s only the first half of the season but I’ve put quite a few miles on them while scouting during the late summer and mainly tree stand bow hunt so far. No complaints this far. I’ve owned several lacrosse boots over the years but mostly rubber ones. Always good long last products. I would recommend this Ursa MS boots.
