Twice I received the wrong color boots. After the second delivery of the same wrong boots, I decided my need for the boots superseded my desire to return the boots and wait to receive the boots I originally ordered. The boots are just fine; however, the customer service I received had something to be desired. I attempted to make my communication extremely clear, but that didn’t get me what I was desiring. All is well though.

  • International Shipping: Overlook Boots only ships within the continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
